The content is divided into four modules that cover the background information necessary to attain Everen’s Basic Accreditation. This includes:
Module 1
- Who is Everen and how is it different from the commercial market?
- Everen membership
- Gross Asset declarations
Module 2
- Non-windstorm business sectors
- Coverage within the Designated Named Windstorm (DNWS) zones
Module 3
- Everen’s Rating & Premium Plan
- Billing/payment process
Module 4
- Broad policy coverages
- Claims reporting process
The basic exam is required for all registrants. If you would like to extend your technical skill set, you can also write the advanced exam which includes case study questions. If you successfully complete the advanced exam, you’ll also receive an Everen Technical Accreditation. Registrants will continue to have access to these resources as a reference tool, including any future amendments.
By earning this technical accreditation, members and brokers will gain more confidence in speaking about the benefits of Everen membership and become more valued employees.
